Is there any way to find common genes and its expression data between glaucoma and other eye diseases?

The simple answer is yes, but that may not be helpful ;-) If you were to post more specifics on the data that you would like to use then people could also be more specific with their answers.

you could have a look in OMIM for glaucoma and other eyes diseases, generate a list of candidate genes from this.

I would use the NCBI GEO database. A quick search for glaucoma reveals ~30 GDS records, while "eye disease NOT glaucoma" reveals ~4. GDS records allow for online statistical tests.

I second Will's suggestion to use GEO. I might also take a look at genes implicated in eye disorders and query GEO for probes corresponding to the genes for each disorder, and look for other genes which correlate or co-cluster with their expression. The latter analysis I'm not sure GEO does..?

A more detailed question would clearly lead to more specific answer, but your question vaguely reminded me of this paper. Basically they took a bunch of uncloned disease genes related to eye disease, and prioritized them by specific expression in the eye.
