Hi! I have a heatmap of my expression data that I clustered using 1000bs in pvclust. There are over 6000 rows and columns of my heatmap.

I was wondering if there is a way to pull out the significant clusters determined by pvclust. I tried pulling the tree from the heatmap, but it gave me no taxa to identify each branch. Is there a way to do this?

In pvclust manual

pvpick returns a list which contains the following values. clusters a list of character string vectors. Each vector corresponds to the names of objects in each cluster. edges numeric vector of edge numbers. The i'th element (number) corresponds to the i'th name vector in clusters.
