Append gene annotation to cuffdiff output

Hi,

I have cuffdiff outputs and want to add gene annotation to them.

Is there a program can help me with this? I attached the two files, cuffdiff output and gene annotation.

Cuffmerge?Cuffcompare?

The gene annotation file I have is a .txt file form apple.

You can easily do this with MySQL database. Upload the both cuffdiff output table and annotation table in MySQL and left join it based on the same id in both table.
