Convert fasta alignment to Vector NTI *.apr format

Hi!

I wonder does anybody have a script which can convert conventional alignment in fasta format to Vector NTI apr?

I will really grateful for any suggestions!

Post closed. I found the solution. It is pretty simple. Just convert fasta to MSF, and then import MSF to Vector NTI. My difficulties were in converting to MSF format, you need pay attention to format of headers of fasta sequences.
