Mapping SNPs to exon number

I have a list of SNPs and variants coordinate that I'd like to map them to the exons of a particular gene. Installing the "Variation toolkit" is not an option for me. I was wondering if there's a way to process it through the galaxy!

Any other options/thoughts are welcome!

Installing the "Variation toolkit" oh you're right , all this stuff should be flagged as deprecated :-)

Search biostars for bedtools, vep, snpeff....
