Following the documentation about survival program (integrated in Music suite) available at:

http://gmt.genome.wustl.edu/packages/genome-music/genome-music-survival.html I understand that the analyses include the Kaplan-Meier estimator followed by the Cox Proportional Hazards model but I am not completely sure about the exact content of the output file 'survival_analysis_test_results.csv'.

Where I could find more detailed information about the meaning of the headers and about the methodology of the analyses done by music survival program?

These are the headers in the output file survival_analysis_test_results.csv:

  • base.class
  • comparison.class
  • phenotype
  • hazard.ratio
  • lower.95
  • upper.95
  • 2-class-p-value
  • p-value
  • fdr

Thanks!
