Forum:Would A Biostar Proposal Section Be A Good Idea?

I know this is not bioinformatics related. If this is not appropriate, feel free to delete this question.

After seeing the question "chat rooms for biostar", and occasionally seeing other questions about possible improvements for this site, I was wondering if a special section for these kind of suggestions would be a good idea. As biostar is community driven, why not use the power of the community to improve the functionality of the Biostars?

So, do you think that biostar could benefit from a proposal section? Why (not)?

Discussing proposals is a great idea. However, BioStar is a Q/A forum - and not really a discussion forum. The Google Group suggested below is probably the place.

The Biostar Central newsgroup is the probably the best avenue to discuss such ideas.
