Hello:

I am processing the NCI 60 data and I found the website Cell Miner is full of NCI 60 data(http://discover.nci.nih.gov/cellminer/datasetMetadata.do). However, when I want to seek for the gene expression data, I notice that there are three different data called RNA: Affy HG-U95(A-E), RNA: Affy HG-U133(A-B), RNA: Affy HG-U133 Plus 2.0, which are all gene expression. And I use R to process the raw data using RMA. The value with same gene overlaped is all different.

Could anyone tell me the difference of the three data?
