How to integrate RNA-seq gene expression data with microarray gene expression data?

I got 2 gene expression datasets, one is a RNA-seq and the other is microarray. What's the best way of integrating them?

Perform the statistical tests to find the differentially expressed genes on both the datasets and the see the overlap. You might find novel transcripts from RNA-Seq data.
