I am looking for a good microarray data processing software. I have tried many of them:

  1. Expander
  2. MeV
  3. Genesis
  4. R packages
  5. Cluster
  6. SAS, SPSS, JMP and STATA, STATISTICA, Matlab, Octave, Minitab, StatsDirect, Spotfire, Maple, Mathematica
  7. GeneSpring
  8. Lasergene
  9. Mayday

Please advise more good freely available software tools (desktop and web) for microarray data processing, thanks

Why? You say you've tried many of them, but not why you're looking for more. What aspect of these software applications did not work out for you? Pretty sure a combination of the above can do almost anything.

"I like to have a rich set of toys to play with and like to have a choice in everything"?

I'm sorry but while we're here to help you, we won't indulge your whims.

I'm gonna move this to a Forum discussion. Please be more careful with how you come across to people online. Thank you.
