Define "Epigenetics data"?

Roadmap Epigenomics project published a huge dump of data recently, some of it for T-Cells http://www.roadmapepigenomics.org/data/

Other than that there is a massive (but old) ChIP-seq dataset for histone modifications in CD4+ T-Cells from K. Zhao group, published in two sets:

  1. Methylations: http://www.cell.com/abstract/S0092-8674%2807%2900600-9
  2. Acetylations: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2769248/

For transcription factor ChIP-seq I recommend having a look at the ReMap project: http://tagc.univ-mrs.fr/remap/
