shall we do PCA analysis in target region sequencing project

There are some target region sequencing data from hiseq 2000. I intend to do association analysis. But I wondered whether I do PCA analysis before association analysis . PCA is important in the association analysis of WES data, but is it meaningful for target region sequencing?

It is not clear to me what is your question. What association analysis do you have in mind? What do you expect PCA to tell you?
