I'm looking just for a catalogue of amplifications and deletions in any cancer type. I am hoping for a COSMIC type resource specific to this. Does anyone know where I can find this resource?

For a direct visualization of what you need , I would suggest you to take a look at the cbioportal. To me it is one of the best resource as of now, to visualize the data that have been sequenced so far for the different cancer types. Be it at the expression level, mutation or CNAs. It gives a comprehensive online portal for visualization as well as user deifned genes lists across individual or all cancer types.
