would you suggest me how should I start my project work on microarray data analysis. I don't have any guide and any proper documentation.

HI there,

Order a trial demo on partek you will have 2 weeks time for it. Then follow their help manual and it will guide you through the anaylsis then use the help@partek.com which will answer your question. I would suggest using R (statistic prog) then you have to download OnechannelGUI(interface graphic) then follow their manual. when you stuck at a step then you post on forum asking for the next step. :D
