Integrating RNAseq +Taqman miRNA + proteomics on same samples

HI All,

Is any one aware of a good method (statistically sound method) to integrate and utilize all the information from RNAseq (also miccroarray data), taqman miRNA and proteomics data on the same samples?

Any link to a good paper that used did a similar thing would be great too.
