Where Can I Find The Old Tigr Ids?

I'm doing an analysis for a client and he's given me a microarray intensities file with Probe ID and "Systematic Name" (Agilent's transcript ID denotation).

Many of the Systematic Names are familiar (ENS for Ensembl, NM for RefSeq). But many of them begin with TC: TC460338, TC480486, etc.. I think this is an old TIGR transcript ID, but I'm not sure. Can someone verify this for me? Where can I find a list of these IDs? A Google search turns up nothing, as does a search of http://www.jcvi.org/.

Thanks in advance!

They appear to be IDs for transcript assembly (merged ESTs or unigenes). The resources were originally developed at TIGR (now JCVI), but has moved to The Gene Index Project later. Check to see if the site curates your organism of interest.
