I am find an article where its opinion is against "The Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia enables predictive modelling of anticancer drug sensitivity".

Give a bit more detail, as it depends which aspect of the paper you want to criticise:

  • precision medicine as a whole;
  • the relevance of cell line studies to in vivo drug sensitivity;
  • the relevance of cell lines as a model of tumours;
  • that genomic markers can be mapped to metabolism;
  • the choice of drugs, cell-lines and/or markers, and potential biases therein, used by ccle;
  • the prediction methods used;
  • the quality of the dataset;

that the results don't match exactly with those that you have obtained in the same cells ;)

...

In fact, it might be easier for you to just write a critique yourself

Thanks a lot.It is a paper which contains the gene expression data on the probably 600 cell lines. And its opinion is against the above article.
