Tool to check Number of cells covered in the RNA sample after RNA-Seq analysis?

Hey i have checked in http://seqanswers.com/wiki/Software/list regarding tool to detect no of cells covered in RNA-seq analysis. But couldn't get information.

Can any one pls provide if thre is any tool / method to detect no of cells covered.

I think @Geek_y is hinting at the fact that such a tool does not exist because the question of how many cells went into an RNA-seq experiment is not answerable (at least not generally) with only RNA-seq data.

Yes. With the current technologies, it is not possible ( I think ) to tell how many cells are being used to get the rna-seq data.
