Assembling Simple Phylogenetic Trees

Hello all,

I want to make a phylogenetic tree/cladogram from just species names. (To be more exact, I have the NCBI taxa ID corresponding to the species, and relative counts.)

In my searching, I have found many tools to analyze DNA for phylogeny, but I want to do is much simpler. So my internet searches are not fruitful.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
