Hello,

I am looking for DB that can be download and have the data on indels and if its frameshift/non frameshift. similar to what is done by ANNOVAR.

You could start with 1000genomes, EXaC, NHLBI ESP VCFs and then run Annovar on one or more of those?

Thank you, But I don't want to use ANNOVAR, I am looking for some DB that can be download. Any suggestions?

So, you are looking for something like Annovar output for the datasets I mentioned in my answer?

I actually thought of something similar to dbNSFP but for short indels.

Giving it a second thought I suppose such database does not exist since there are infinity indels possibilities.
