I need to perform some analysis of my data set with a public microarray dataset of serous epithelial ovarian cancer. I would like to have some insights about where I can get such datasets. I have extensively searched the Gene Expression Omnibus. My requirements are Stage IV serous epithelial ovarian cancer datasets. If I can get paired datasets , nothing like it but even if its not paired its not an issue but both normal and tumor samples should be profiled in the dataset. I have seen some Stage !V datasets but they do not have normal samples , I am typically looking for Stage IV microarray of serous epithelial OVa Cancer having samples from both normal and cancer patients. If anyone can give me some leads it would be helpful.

I had taken a look at this data earlier , but its mentioned even in supplementary and the paper that 54 are stage III/IV serous Ova Cancer but it is not defined which are stage III and which are stage IV, am particularly interested in stage IV. Do you have any leads?
They don't mention which the grade by number in the supplemental or in the GEO sample entries. You could always just email the authors and ask them if they can provide the specific grades.
I have emailed the authors and waiting for their response , anyway am working with the same data.. lets see.
