Known transcription factor binding sites and enhancer locations in Pigs

Hi I would like to know TFBS in Pigs and if there are any known enhancer elements already identified in Pigs and what are their locations, which ones are tissue specific and which ones are tissue independent.

Have you looked in GEO?

In the absence of porcine ChIP-seq for TFs and histone modifications, you don't have a lot of options. You may be limited to identifying conserved genomic regions between species that have been annotated as functional (ie ENCODE data).

Then again, you could do the ChIP-seq yourself.
