I have list of mouse protein differentially expressed, I want to do protein enrichment analysis. I found on google one PSEA but could not find any tool or when it was published. I would appreciate if some one can point me to this tool or any other tool for doing enrichment analysis in proteins. BTW can I use GSEA if I convert ids (human Gene) or it is totally wrong to think about GSEA in studying proteins.

Yes you can use gene names as proxies for protein names as long as you understand limitations (1 gene could encode more than 1 protein).
