Is there a (well-accessible) curated resource, which lists high-level data of clinical trials?
In particular, I'd be curious about the tested target and a rough categorization of the outcome of the trials (e.g.: successful, stopped due to failure, stopped for strategic reasons, stopped for unknown reasons ... )?
The resource would need to be unbiased or to have a well characterized bias (e.g.: include all phase 3 trials registered in the U.S. / clinicaltrials.gov for disease XYZ in patients, which have been selected because of ABC).
While I managed to mine various official trial registries, most individual entries appear to beg for expert curation and an expert interpretation of their results (my background and current PhD studies are in quantitative cell biology / systems biology).
Thank you a lot.
