Terminology suggestions?

Original question removed, since it does not make sense. Changing it so that Kao's answer fits.

I've heard of the term "epiallels".

Link not working due to ")"

And that sounds like a neat term, but it is not a verb. Still, UV.

Regarding your updated question, the most commonly called things are "peaks", e.g., in ChIP-seq. I suppose you could call a methylation state too, but I generally prefer "extract methylation metrics".

"I know it is not commonly used" I'm not sure it is still the case, at least not much less the "genome". There is an Epigenomics journal (IF 5.2) and a fairly large epigenomics road map consortium.

"the genome is stable, but the epigenome is not". Well, if the epigentics landscape is not random but regulated and "functional" I think this objection is questionable.

I don't know that I've ever heard the phrase "call a genome". One can call bases or variants, which both make sense, but calling a genome would make no sense unless it has a telephone number and some sort of ability to hear.

Thanks. I guess using terminology from another field isn't a good idea, especially since I do not know the terms properly.
