I was wondering if someone knows a publicly-available database for investigating SNP association with blood pressure ?

I need to perform an association, the GWAS catalog won't be useful ..

May the NHGRI-EBI GWAS Catalog (https://www.genome.gov/26525384) help? It lists associations.

So are you looking for a public dataset that contains individual-level genotypes, combined with blood pressure measurements in the same subjects?
