Dear All,

I wanted to do test run for metagenomic assembly for this purpose I would like to use some raw data from http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v464/n7285/full/nature08821.html.

I have a very basic question generally all papers provides SRA data and I don't really know what is it means does it include one sample out of many or all? So my question is how can one download just 1 or 2 raw samples data from many. Sorry if its too basic to be asked.

Thank you

This is the description of the BioProject you are interested in: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/?term=(SRA002775)%20AND%20bioproject_sra[filter]%20NOT%20bioproject_gap[filter] It has 20 BioSamples and 20 SRA experiments. If you need just a few samples go to SRA experiment (which also has several different runs) and download the ones you need.
