I am trying to understand in my experimental design why some genes that are differentially expressed at a particular sub cellular location in primary tumor (preferentially down regulated) go up in the secondary tumor. The region where these are going down in the primary tumor have been subjected to chemotherapy. I was thinking if there is any list of genes with anyone already prepared or a database where I can check with my list of genes , and categorize some of them which usually show chemoresistance. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
