conversion of protein identifiers

Question

After performing psi-blast of query sequence (Uniprot accession), I got some hits as follows:

gi|148833513|ref|NP_001092104.1|
gi|219521533|gb|AAI43943.1|
gi|160017954|sp|Q5R5P4.2|RBM47_PONAB

How to convert all these different identifiers uniformly as Uniprot accession.

I tried Retrieve/Id Mapping tool from uniprot but no results found!

1. Perform string splitting using your language of choice to extract the ID you want.
2. Use BioMart.

But if I am using gi identifier in Biomart, which Input external references (dropdown menu in convert section) should be used?
