Hello, I now got a transcript, and I know the detail information about the transcript (chromosome 17 :74261545 -74262020;GRCh38,human). How could I know the SNPs associated the cancer in the transcript? I know the dbSNP, but how I search by the transcript site?

Anybody help! Thanks very much!
