You can create a free account on NetAffx Analysis Center (http://www.affymetrix.com/analysis/index.affx?navMode=cat530006&aId=netaffxNav) and search for the gene there, you can use the gene ID conversion tool provided by DAVID (http://david.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/conversion.jsp), or you can search TAIR as this looks to be an Arabidopsis gene.

Go to Biomart

Choose ensemble as database

Choose Homo sapiens as gene dataset

Click filters - input your gene name in 'Input external references ID list'

Click Attributes -> external -> Microarray probes and select your platform.

Click results at the top.
