Installing BioLinux 8 on Ubuntu 15.04

I am new to Linux environment. I am trying to install Bio Linux 8 on Ubuntu 15.04, but it is giving problem;

By using following command;

wget -qO- http://nebc.nerc.ac.uk/downloads/bl8_only/upgrade8.sh | sudo sh
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/nebc/bio-linux/ubuntu/dists/vivid/main/binary-amd64/Packages  404  Not Found
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/nebc/bio-linux/ubuntu/dists/vivid/main/binary-i386/Packages  404  Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

There is also an error while updating;

sudo apt-get install update

Yes, it is connected to wireless network.

http://ppa.launchpad.net/nebc/bio-linux/ubuntu/dists/ check this. I don't find vivid in that address.

It means Bio-linux is not supported for vivid? If this the case, then what will the solution?
