I would like to collect genes which are involved in "testicular germ cell tumor". I have searched in google, but I have not found any useful database.

Do you know any online database, R packages, etc.?

Hi, as first try you can inspect GeneCards database and search using as keyword "testicular germ cell tumor" or something more specific.
