I've been looking for a version of E. coli
I'm attempting to recreate the work from a publication and I would like to start from scratch with either: i) the full organism; or ii) a core organism.
I found this website below that claims to have it, but the SBML file format isn't complete as is extremely different than other files that I have seen before.
