I have 200 differentially expressed genes from an RNAseq analysis. I saw some heatmap in the literature where people clustered their genes by functionality or pathway. Without doing this one by one, how can I group genes by pathways or by functionality? Let's say that all NFKB genes should cluster under the category inflammatory response or NFKB pathways etc..

I'm looking for a platform where I can simply input my list of genes, I already have a heatmap of our genes, I can use R to cluster if needed.

You can try inputting your transcripts to KEGG KAAS. It assigns KO ID to each of your transcript and lists out the KO ID's under each pathway.
