Is there any difference between ciRNA (circular intronic RNA) and ICF's(intronic circular RNA fragment)? If yes, please suggest.

I guess this is more biology (biology.stackexchange) related question.
Short answer: ICF's originate from introns, ciRNA originate from non-coding exons.
Not according to this review: "Circular intronic RNAs (ciRNAs) are intron lariats that have been circularized at the branchpoint 2'-5' linkage..."
