I am looking for a collection of ipython notebooks for basic bioinformatics, evolutionary and genomics analysis. Please post here if you are aware of any. Thank you.

Did you try Google? If so, you would have seen at least one resource. You can then change this to a Forum post and add the resources that you have found, and this way, it would benefit the entire community.

I have developed quite a few:

• A ongoing conversion of the Biopython tutorial
• A set of notebooks for population genetics simulation
• The notebooks from my book Bioinformatics with Python Cookbook

In terms of scope, the ones related to the book cover a lot of areas.
