I have a set of 14 proteins that are from different organism. I want to map them to the human homolog of that protein to see where they align with the human sequence. PLease note that I do not want to do a multiple alignment of all the 15 proteins ( 14 organism protein + 1 human protein).

Thanks,

ANuj

Do you know what the human homolog is, or is that what you are searching for? If you are not wanting to do a multiple sequence alignment to see sequence similarity then what are you trying to do? Align the structures?

I really like UniProt's blast implementation. You can limit your taxon (in the results) to ole 9606 H. sapiens as well.
