Compiling augustus3.1 on Mac OSX 10.9.5

I am trying to install Augustsu 3.1 on Mac OS X 10.9.5.
However, I got the following errors when I typed “make”.

Would you help me how to correctly install augustus?

I'm assuming that you have read the installation instructions in README file that comes with the software and installed the required dependencies. If not, that is the first thing to do.

Note that the software was written for a Linux platform; this does not mean that it will not work under OS X, but the author(s) may not have tested it on that platform.

I would contact the author via this page. The errors indicate issues with the code which the author needs to address.

Thank you for your kind advice, but I already installed boost and zlib.

However, I succeeded in installing augustus3.1 on Biolinux8.
