Forum:How to find research teams regarding your field

Hi everyone,

I hope I'm posting in the right section. I'm struggling with my PhD right now (who's not?) and so I've started looking for the possible information I can to help me with my work. Starting with papers for instance etc. etc., so I thought about contacting also other people in the same field but, at least for me, it very difficult to search people using just Google. Is there a way (website?) to actually have a list or find easily research teams around the world working in a similar field?

ps: I'm currently doing computation biology on RNA binding proteins.
