Gene Ontology enrichment on a certain phrase

Hi -

I have a gene list from RNAseq (around 3427 genes) and would like to see if this list is enriched by any biological process that contains 'ion'. (then I have to perform similar analysis on 'sodium' and combined 'sodium ion'). I might have overlooked through the forum, but I all I found was the explanation on enrichment analysis on either particular GO term or finds out which GO terms are enriched. I'm very new to this field. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Do the standard enrichment and then look for terms with "ion"?

I guessed so. I did that before, but none of them ("ion" or "sodium") showed up. I guess I can change the cut off p-value until those GO term show up so that I would know how bad it is.
