update probe annotation of agilent custom microarray (using ensembl)

Hi,

have someone experiences with ensembl microarray probe set mapping pipeline? https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Ensembl/ensembl-funcgen/release/81/docs/array_mapping.txt

I am new to this and would appreciate any hint how to start with Perl api and the funcgen database. I have an Agilent custom microarray for pigs, 44k format, 60-mer probes.
