I am new in bioinformatics, I was wondering when I download a SRA dataset, for example, with accession number SRX265467, how can I locate the published paper of that data?

It's possible to upload data to SRA without an associated paper. The data you mentioned doesn't seem to be linked to any papers.

For example, see how this project has an "External Link" to Pubmed.
