Newbie - Reference Genome and R

I have data containing the ORFs for several genes in Yeast and need the reference genome. I am very new to this and was wondering if I would be able to find a .csv format or some other file type that is easy to turn into a Genomic Ranges object.

You should be able to get what you are seeking wirth biomaRt package in R.
