Any tools that I can use to identify common genes among numerous datasets

I am dealing with many data-sets with gene expression which are downloaded and organized in excel. I have to identify common genes among all the data-sets. Is there any specific tool I can use to help with this or do I have to use whatever programs features excel has to offer? Thanks.

You can export your data as csv, load in R (install R and RStudio), and then look at this or search google (or bing). Nonetheless, if you do intend to work more on bioinformatics than just this small task, switch to Linux / Mac.

More important than choosing an operating system (though Linux is definitely where most serious stuff happens), learn some scripting language. Even if you think the current task is a one-off, you'll need it later.
