Heritability Database

I need information on heritability (See 1, 2 for background) for various clinical parameters and disease. I couldn't find a database that provide heritability information of quantitative traits or diseases for various populations or I should be missing something important. Is there any review article that cover heritability for multiple traits ?

We know of no database listing heritability (H) as you describe. You're right, it would have to be for various populations as H is dependent on population and population admixture.

As for a review - see any by Peter Visscher. I have none specific in mind because anything he writes on this topic is important. I'd look at his reviews from 2008 to 2011. Once GWAS got up to full speed, he had a lot to say.
