Basically I am developing a tool for Oryza sativa and would like to add an option such that "If a user enter a single gene, our tool should be able to display that gene's target pathway with an indication of the gene location in the pathway". After searching the forum, I found Pathview bio-conductor package. It is good for multiple genes representation in a selected pathway. Also, I noted KEGG, Reactome, Panther and some other (Mapping Genes To Pathway). Since I am not an expert in this area, trying each of the tools may take time. So, I would like to know based on your experience that which of these tools well fit my work flow. Any other suggestion is also welcome.
