Hi Everyone, first time posting here so I'm pretty excited!
I am pretty new to RNA-Seq (I studied it a little bit during my MSc, but very generally), and I am facing my first RNA-Seq analysis. I was searching for some recent review (last couple of years) discussing the pros and the cons of each RNA-Seq method, as well as a general little "tutorial" for RNA-Seq analysis, but I am not finding anything dated after 2011. Can you point me to one pf these papers and/or a general tutorial on RNA-Seq analysis, from QC to transcript reconstruction?
EDIT: sorry I didn't mention, the purpose of my RNA-Seq study is a classic Differential Expression Analysis of two conditions! Thanks a lot for your reply though!
Thanks a lot and have a nice day!
Could you be a little more specific. RNA-Seq data can be used for various king of analysis. Gene expression, Transcript expression, differential splicing events, fusion genes, ...
I am sorry I didn't mention it, it's for classic DE analysis!
