I was mapping some GPCRs from UniProt > Ensembl using Biomart

So what's the explanation for below? (and others)

The genes are on haplotypes on the MHC locus.

Ta (useful hap video BTW)

But HGNC and Entrez Gene only give ENSG00000204681 from primary assembly

So from 20,203 human Swiss-Prots how many are primary assembly singletons but multimappers in haplotypes or patches?

Would be good to have this as a select option in BioMart and UniProt x-refs?
