I have few sets of microarray gene expression data, and I want to know if it is possible to do the gene ontology? Can someone provide me the link for tutorial? What are the file format that I need to use, and can anyone suggest me any online tools? I don't want to use R.

Sure, you can look at GO enrichment in microarray data. The most obvious online tool would DAVID. The only thing you need are a list of differentially expressed genes.

I would suggest that DAVID is not the best choice of tool for Gene Ontology analysis because it uses a dataset that is about 4 years old. Better would be VLAD http://proto.informatics.jax.org/prototypes/vlad/ or gprofiler http://biit.cs.ut.ee/gprofiler/
